I had the privilege of working alongside Rob at Vendr, and he was a joy to team up with. He’s an extremely talented and versatile engineer who is never afraid to tackle the hard problems. While he has a wide range of skills, what impressed me most was his keen sense for architecture, his ability to handle high-risk projects, and his knack for delivering quality work on time. He cares about his craft and is quick to challenge assumptions to ensure we solved the right problems. Beyond all of that, he’s simply a great person to work with. Given the opportunity, I’d definitely collaborate with him again.

Rob is a swiss army knife of talent, always taking the hard problems and getting them done. Infrastructure, legacy maintenance, greenfield systems, if you needed it done Rob can do it. He has a great eye for code reviews, always challenging me on the edges of my work — I always knew that if Rob approved my PR I could feel good about it.

Robert is a talented engineer that is consistently overachieving any requirement no matter how complex it is. Robert was able to directly lead some large initiatives in our platform team, including a large migration from circleCI to github actions. He always have a clear vision on the customer value with a focus on building simple solutions, weighting the trade offs between different approaches, architectures and tools.
